Zero Waste

Before a term as zero waste was invented my grandma lived this concept. She read fairy tales to me and knitted sweaters for all of her grandchildren. Not only could I feel the love which was included in these fabrics - I was impressed she was able to produce her own clothes. As a teenager I knitted a lot, but the more artificial yarn was offered the more I lost interest in this craft.
